Requirements
The program of study requires a minimum of 30 hours, on a 120-hour degree, consisting of:
A minimum of 27 semester hours of Biology
A. Required courses (9 hours):

B. A minimum of 18 upper-division hours in biology as selected from the areas below:

BIOL30403 and BIOL30603 cannot be taken elsewhere and transferred to TCU after matriculation.
b. One upper-division biology course (1-4 hours) with a laboratory (LAB) component .
c. One upper-division biology course (1-4 hours) with a laboratory (LAB) component OR one upper-level biology course (1-4 hours) designated as literature-intensive
d. Additional upper-division hours in biology as needed, with restrictions as noted:
A maximum of 4 hours and one laboratory will be granted within the 18 upper-division hours of biology coursework for completion of both Anatomy and Physiology courses:
