This is an inquiry-based laboratory course that provides an introduction to investigative techniques in biology and practice in the analysis and presentation of scientific findings. The topics investigated span the full scope of biology, from molecules and cells through populations and ecosystems. The course consists of one credit hour of lecture and two credit hours of lab, and is designed for science majors.
