1.5 hours. Prerequisite: Sophomore standing and must be a business major. Corequisite: Concurrent enrollment in MANA 40250 is required. This course covers essential skills in Organizational Behavior, including individual differences and
perspective taking, motivation and performance management, leadership and power, communication, interpersonal relationships and networks, and conflict and negotiation. Students are strongly encouraged to take this course early in their program to get an overview of topics associated with the Management major and Leadership Minor.
