Long Description (Catalog Description)
Prerequisites: Must be an Economics major with a TCU cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Must have completed a minimum of 12 hours in Economics, including either ECON 30223 or ECON 30233 with a grade of C- or better. The purpose of this course is to supplement the internship experience of economics majors through written reflection, periodic conversation with a supervising professor, and exploration of connections between academic economics and economics as understood and practiced in the workplace. Must work 90 hours for each semester hour of credit. May be taken a maximum of two times to earn up 6 total credit hours. A maximum of 3 credit hours can be applied towards the Economics major. P/NC only.
