Long Description (Catalog Description)

Prerequisites: EDUC 30133, or concurrent enrollment. This lecture-based course will examine the fundamentals of social entrepreneurship as a means of addressing a variety of social challenges that impact the broader field of education. Class content will include developing solutions, marketing strategy, networking, evaluating impact, and funding. Students will also formulate and pitch entrepreneurial solutions.
