Prerequisites: SOWO 30833, 30883 and minimum 2.25 TCU GPA; minimum 2.5 GPA in social work; program approval through the junior evaluation process; concurrent enrollment in SOWO 40813. The field seminar course provides the opportunity to integrate the knowledge, values, and skills learned in the classroom with what you will do in the internship setting. This is where you begin to workin the world of social work practice and is a bridge to becoming a professional social worker.
