Long Description (Catalog Description)

Prerequisites: Student must have earned a C or better in at least 9 hours of YAES approved coursework. Internship must be completed during the senior year of undergraduate studies. Accelerated masters students can bridge up to 6 credit hours of this course. This course provides students with an opportunity to gain work experience in disciplines that interface with the field of education through internship. Credit hours can vary. For each credit hour enrolled, students must complete at least 15 clock hours in a professional environment with an organization, school, school district, or related agency that supports the field of education as approved by the COE Director of Community Partnerships or a Dean.
