Prerequisites: A 'C-' or better in ECON 30243. Analysis of international trade theory, economics development, and exchange rates and capital flows from the perspective of competing schools of thought. Special emphasis is placed on how the unique foundational elements of each lead to significantly different interpretations of the vary same real-world phenomena.
