Long Description (Catalog Description)

Prerequisite: Completion or concurrent enrollment in EDUC 20003 or permission of the instructor. An overview of using technology effectively and responsibly in educational contexts. Focuses on use of current and emerging technologies for teaching, learning, research, assessment, communication, and collaboration. Addresses the rights and responsibilities of digital citizenship, including safe, legal and ethical use of digital information, as well as digital access, literacy, etiquette, and wellness. (Offered as EDMS, EDSE, or EDUC credit.)
