Prerequisite: Sophomore standing and must be a business major or student for whom the course is required by their major/minor. Legal and social aspects of business. New and established ventures must operate within complex legal and social environments. This course is designed to assist the future entrepreneur or manager in working within these regulatory environments, considering laws, policies, regulations and norms at all stages of a venture.
