This course is designed to provide applicable, real world, and experiential learning opportunities for students wanting to immerse themselves into the complex and rapidly evolving world of Name, Image and Likeness (NIL). Students will ideate, create, develop, review, apply, and deploy an entrepreneurial NIL venture. Students will learn and apply key concepts in business formation, contract management, taxation, financials, customer acquisition, brand management, and legal formations.
