Prerequisites: Any 3xxxx level Chinese, English, French, German or Italian course. The senior seminar course is designed to guide students as they shape a culminating project that synthesizes and creatively engages the linguistic, cultural, and the theoretical knowledge they have been developing over the course of their studies. The course will focus on a specific theme that crosses language disciplines, and that theme will be explored and analyzed in at least three different language contexts in class assignments and discussions, but students will develop their final projects in their own language area.
