Prerequisites: BIOL 20204, 20214, 20234, NTDT 20403, SOCI 20213, and NURS 10303. This course presents an overview of client assessments. It will focus on expected findings, normal variations, and most common unexpected findings for diverse clients. Principles and theories of growth and development throughout lifecycle as they relate to assessment will be discussed. Additionally, there will be an emphasis on communication and interviewing strategies, and techniques to conduct comprehensive and focused assessments as well as the use of standardized assessment tools. Standardized Exam Fee $205
