Prerequisites: must be a CHDV major and have senior standing. This course is designed for seniors to promote an integrated understanding of the discipline and to examine the significance of research and policy in child development. The emphasis is on assisting the student in developing the ability to critically evaluate methods, problems and findings of research in the field of child development and to evaluate contrasting views of major issues within the discipline.
