Long Description (Catalog Description)
Prerequisite: Must be selected as a member of the TCU Intercollegiate Moot Court Team. Appellate advocacy involving cases taken from the current or recent dockets of the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as the current case problem set by the American Collegiate Moot Court Association. This course may be repeated once for credit.
