Prerequisites: Must be a declared business major or ENTR minor. This course cannot be taken for credit by students admitted to or enrolled in the BNSF Neeley Leadership Program. This course is designed to give students an understanding of leadership processes that underlie the survival, effective functioning and self-determination of new and growing businesses. To this end, we will examine a number of topics that reflect key individual- and organizational-issues, and critical leadership competencies for entrepreneurs.
