Prerequisites: INSC 30313, INSC 30801, and INSC 30723, all with a grade of C or better. The strategic integration of AI and other technologies into business operations and process to automate tasks to create new intelligent capabilities is reshaping how organizations complete, grow and innovate. This course is designed to introduce students to the underlying need for business process transformation to create a more robust and intelligent digital enterprise. Students will practice skills necessary to be a "change agent" and explore process automation technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation, AI agentic, to improve business processes.
