Prerequisite: Senior standing, enrollment open only to journalism and news and media studies majors. This course will introduce the study of ethical issues in the media. Students will look critically at current media practices and develop an understanding of prominent ethics questions, as well as the ability to analyze the important ethical issues faced by the mass media industry.
