Prerequisites: A grade of C- or higher in MARK 30153 and must be a declared business major or MABD student group. The primary objective of this course is to prepare students to be able to successfully design and deliver exceptional service experiences in an increasingly service-oriented economy. The course is designed to help students understand the unique characteristics of services, the marketing, people, and process challenges created by these characteristics, and effective ways to address these challenges to create differentiated customer value.
