Prerequisite: Grade of C- or higher in MARK 30153, a grade of C- or higher in MARK 30113, and must be a declared Business major. This experiential course builds skills in data interpretation, storytelling, and visualization to transform marketing data into insights that are clear, memorable, and persuasive. After learning how to use descriptive and predictive analytics to uncover insights, students design interactive dashboards, create infographics, and develop visual reports that bring data to life. Students learn how to craft compelling narratives that guide decisions across all areas of marketing. The course develops quantitative reasoning skills that help students identify meaningful insights that inform marketing tactics and strategy.
