3 hours. Prerequisite: Sophomore standing, must be in the Neeley Leadership Program (NLP). MANA 30833 and MANA 30313 cannot be taken for credit along with this course. This course is designed to help students learn what leadership is and how to be a more effective leader of others. Emphasis in this course is on leading self, including being proactive, setting goals and priorities, and self-awareness of values and strengths and weaknesses as a basis for developing a personalized vision for the kind of leader you want to become.
