3 hours. Prerequisite: FINA 30153 and 30203 with a grade of at least C- in each course, and must be a declared Business major, or consent of instructor. Problems of commercial banks and financial institutions, primarily from the perspective of the management of an individual institution, with emphasis on formulating appropriate policies concerning the asset, liability, and capital management of the firm.
