Long Description (Catalog Description)
Prerequisite: PSYC 10213, or 10514, or 10524, plus MATH 10043. Basic elements of research methods used in psychological science including research-planning, execution, analysis, and interpretation. This course introduces the selection of research questions, measurement of physiological, behavioral, and psychological constructs, development of research procedures, and experimental and non-experimental designs as well as the basic statistical methods and concepts needed in psychological science.
