Prerequisites: Any 30000 level PHIL course. A survey of the major figures in Western thought between the sixth century BCE and fifth century CE. Among those included are the Presocratics, Plato, Aristotle, and the Hellenistic philosophers. This course also applies to the minor in Classical Studies minor.
