Long Description (Catalog Description)

Prerequisite: MATH 10273 with a grade of C- or better; or MATH 10054 with a grade of C- or better; or a score of at least 3 on the AP Precalculus exam; or high school precalculus and either a score of at least 600 on the SAT Math exam or a score of at least 24 on the ACT Math exam; or a passing score on the Applied Calculus Placement Test. The elements of calculus, with applications to business and economics. Notes: Credit will not be given for both MATH 10283 and MATH 10524. After receiving a grade less than C- in MATH 10273, the Calculus Placement Test cannot be used to satisfy the prerequisite.
