Allied Health Sciences, BS

The BS with a major in Allied Health Sciences requires 48 hours in addition to 15-16 hours of TCU core associated requirements. Students pursuing an Allied Health elective track must complete 18 hours of Allied Health Sciences core courses, 30 hours of elective area courses, and 15 hours of TCU core associated requirements. A total of 120 credit hours are required for the degree.

All advising for the Allied Health Sciences Major will take place with the Harris Academic Resource Center (HARC).

Emphasis Tracks

Requires 18 hours in core Allied Health courses, 15 hours of TCU core associated requirements, and 27 to 30 hours in an Emphasis Area within HCNHS. Students changing majors from COSD, KINE, NURS, or SOWO to Allied Health may count previous major courses with an earned C- or higher as electives in the Allied Health major.*
